The Velocity Resourcing team are specialist recruitment professionals who have worked with some of the world’s leading recruitment firms. We understand people and technology, and can communicate at peer level with both our clients and our candidates.

Velocity Resourcing has a vast network and database of skilled, experienced candidates. Our professional practices ensure all candidates are thoroughly interviewed, briefed and reference checked prior to submitting their details to you.

Our engagement model

We like to keep things simple and effective. Our permanent recruitment fees are success-based and calculated as a percentage of annual salary (excluding non-guaranteed bonus). This lowers your risk and motivates us to deliver the right person for the role.

Contract personnel are billed out to you on either a daily or monthly rate. Velocity looks after all contractor benefits and regulatory requirements so you can focus on your business objectives. Many of our contract resources transition to permanent status with their clients over time.
